Meet Aly
Aly has been doing massage for over 23 years and personal training for over 8 years. Her passion is helping people empower themselves!!!
Aly began getting massages after having her spine fused at the age of 12 due to severe pre-adolescent Scoliosis. Massage was the ONLY thing that relieved her pain and muscle spasms. Since then, she has dedicated her career life to helping people — not only helping them get out of pain and discomfort, but showing them how to help themselves stay stronger and relieve their own pain at home with stabilization exercises, lacrosse ball work, foam rolling, and stretches.
Aly is a mother of two wonderful boys, a Brazilian Jujitsu Blue, gym rat, Latin dancer, loves cooking, rifle and pistol target shooting, and making meaningful connections with her friends, family, and clients.
Meet Jason
Jason Tipaldos is a retired Marine Veteran and life partner to Alysha Breggin.
Jason has over three decades of experience with firearms, including rifles (sporting and hunting), shotguns, pistols, and machine guns (belt-fed and magazine fed), both in and outside of the Military.
Jason is also a retired professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, currently a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and an avid big game hunter.
Jason has vast knowledge and experience with traditional machining, electronics (personal, commercial, and aviation), and automotive.
A proverbial jack of all trades, Jason’s experience and attention to detail set him apart from others because of his well-traveled world understanding and wisdom.
