Aly has over 1000 hours of intensive Massage Therapy School from both MD and FL.  She has been a Massage Therapist for over 17 years. She's been a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for over 3 years and has 2 decades of intensive experience with many types of workouts (Dynamic/weight training with a strong focus on form; HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training; Static Strength Training; Aerobic Training; Circuit Training; Balance/Abdominal/Core Conditioning and structural alignment.

The Following Modalities are the MOST effective that I have found/used/experienced in my 17 years practicing as a massage therapist:

Myofascial Massage releases the Connective tissue (Connective tissue surrounds every tissue in the body!)  It breaks up scar tissue from old and new injuries and surgeries allowing for freedom from pain, discomfort and un-natural tightness and adds greater mobility. Reduces edema/inflammation. I find it especially useful for those stubborn/chronic  aches and pains that just won't go away. 

Neuromuscular Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy retrains and calms the body's pain signals helping to reduce and minimize chronic pain due to old or new injuries, overuse, and inflammatory conditions.  

Sports Massage is the specific application of massage techniques, hydrotherapy protocols, range of motion/flexibility protocol and strength-training principles utilized to achieve a specific goal when treating an athlete.

Specializing in Pre-Event, Post-Event, Recovery and Maintenance. I've worked with many athletes from many sports (Basketball, Football, Golf, Tennis, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Hockey, etc

Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body. 

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

I tailor each session to your needs for that day/month. For my clients brand new to the fitness game, I will show you every detail about form, rhythm and control so you have minimal risk for injury and maximum effectiveness from your workouts.

For my more advanced fitness clientele, I'm here to give you fresh ideas and motivate you to push through your plateaus, get you back into your fitness groove, or just straight do the THINKING for you. Sometimes it's nice to just have someone else to keep you accountable. Whatever your fitness goals, I'm here for you!

With my online fitness program, you pay a flat monthly fee (depending on your fitness needs and financial capabilities) and I will send you TAILORED workouts JUST FOR YOU and your personal fitness goals!

Note: I can do "face-to-face" personal training (as needed for help with safety/form/general education) with "FaceTime" (additional hourly training rates apply).
