Assertiveness Training and Situational Awareness Class

Situational Awareness and Assertiveness Training is for ALL ages. Aly welcomes businesses, church congregations, families, friend or meetup groups (i.e., boy/girl scouts, running and hiking groups, etc.), and individual one-on-one training.

The point of this class is to teach you how to avoid ANY altercations and stay not only alive, but SAFE.    **** No weapons needed! 

This is an extremely detailed and interactive class that examines what predators look for, how to identify possible threats, how to key into your own intuition, and begin seriously highlighting your awareness when out of your home. We get into the predator’s mind, what they look for, how they test their potential victims, and how to avoid getting into close proximity to them and escape harm! 

We deep dive into conflict avoidance and how to look extremely undesirable to predators. 

Aly likes to take lots of questions and “what if's” and prefers using REAL life situations that her participants have gotten into or know someone who has. We then go over how to best handle every situation (grocery stores, malls, movie theaters, driving, school events, concerts, fairs, dining out, and SO much more).
