If you are looking for EDUCATION and autonomy, I am here for you. We will do a free in-depth phone consultation, so I can figure out what your health and fitness goals are, and I will let you know if I think we are a good match. I only accept clients into my personal training practice who are HUNGRY for knowledge, change, growth, and, most importantly, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
***I do not babysit my clients. I educate you to help you eventually not even need me!!
The first several sessions are in person and aimed at physical education, showing you in detail how to safely and effectively lift weights, use weight machines and bands, how to properly do calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), and last but not least, how to burn fat, increase endurance, and increase your metabolism with HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
The HIIT routine I teach is PROVEN to work if done properly and consistently – and it’s ONLY 30 MIN PER DAY!!!!!
I tailor each session to YOUR needs and goals, time constraints, and abilities. After the initial introductory IN-PERSON sessions, I will design a workout routine for you that fits your lifestyle, health, and fitness goals. Those workouts will be used for 3-4 weeks, building each week on the last (Don’t worry, I’ll show you how!). We will then switch up your routines again, and you’ll use that routine for another 3-4 weeks.
For my clients that are brand new to the fitness game, I will show you every detail about form, rhythm, and control, so you have minimal risk for injury and maximum effectiveness from your workouts.
For my more advanced fitness clientele, I’m here to give you fresh ideas, motivate you to push through your plateaus, get you back into your fitness groove, or just straight up do the THINKING for you. Sometimes, it’s nice to just have someone else tell you what to do and keep you accountable with your optional (free!) check-ins with me via text.

IN-PERSON TRAINING Sessions: $110 (These are only necessary in the beginning or occasionally to introduce a more complex exercise. The start-up in-person sessions are usually only 1-4 sessions per client, depending on each person’s needs)
Take-home, PERSONALIZED do-it-yourself workouts are $30. (For example, you’ll do 2 weight lifting days per week plus 4 HIIT days. That will only cost you $60 every 3-4 weeks!!!!)
