OVERVIEW

I tailor each session to your needs for that day/month. For my clients brand new to the fitness game, I will show you every detail about form, rhythm and control so you have minimal risk for injury and maximum effectiveness from your workouts.

For my more advanced fitness clientele, I’m here to give you fresh ideas and motivate you to push through your plateaus, get you back into your fitness groove, or just straight do the THINKING for you. Sometimes it’s nice to just have someone else to keep you accountable. Whatever your fitness goals, I’m here for you.
